An online vision exam is a convenient and affordable way to renew your contact lens or glasses prescription from home—no appointment necessary.

How much does a vision exam cost?

While a typical in-office comprehensive eye exam costs $150 on average, our online vision exam is free for a limited time (usually $20).

How long does a vision exam take?

Our online vision exam takes less than 10 minutes to complete. All you need is your smartphone or laptop and ten feet of space to get started.

How often should I get an eye exam?

It’s usually a good idea to get a comprehensive eye exam every one to two years, depending on your overall health. But if you want to change contact brands or renew an expired prescription without another trip to the eye doctor, you may be able to take a vision exam online.

How much is a vision exam with insurance?

Vision insurance usually covers one regular, in-network visit with your eye care provider per year ($150 on average). Depending on your insurance plan, you may need to pay an additional copay.
