Official Rules for the Friendsgiving Giveaway with the Framery
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Eligibility
This Friendsgiving Giveaway by The Framery (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all-natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law Sponsorship. The Sweepstakes sponsor is The Framery at 1-800 Contacts (“Sponsor”), located at 261 W Data Drive, Draper, UT 84020. Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.
Entry Period
The Entry Period runs from Monday, November 10th 2025 at 10am MDT until Monday, November 24, 2025 at 9am MDT. Twelve (12) tier 3 winners will be selected and announced Wednesday, November 19th, 2025, Twelve (12) additional tier 3 winners will be selected and announced Thursday, November 20th, six (6) tier 2 winners will be selected and announced Friday, November 21, 2025, and two (2) tier 1 winners will be selected and announced on Monday, November 24, 2025.,
Limitations on Entries
No third-party entry or entry through any sweepstakes service is permitted. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage false entries, as determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited.
How to Enter
During the Entry Period, visit Sponsor’s Instagram profile at https://www.instagram.com/theframeryeyewear/?hl=en follow @theframeryeyewear, like the giveaway post, and tag up to five friends in the comments (NOTE: You must be following @theframeryeyewear on Instagram to be eligible). Users tagged in the comments on the giveaway post may also comment on the post and be eligible to win as well. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. You understand and acknowledge you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Instagram. All entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned.
Prizes
32 total prizes will be awarded, in three tiers. Prize tier details: Tier 1 will consist of two (2) winners, who will each receive: $2,500 cash, a 1-year supply of contacts (up to $800 value), and their choice of 1 pair of eyeglasses, sunglasses, or blue light glasses from The Framery (up to $400 value). To receive contacts, winner must have a valid contact lens prescription. Tier 2 will consist of six (6) winners who will each receive $250 credit to The Framery. Tier 3 will consist of twenty (24) winners who will each receive $50 credit to The Framery. The random drawing will take place under the supervision of the Sponsor. For each tier, the Sponsor will draw half of the specified number of winners, and the other half of the prizes for each tier will be awarded to the winners’ friend that was tagged in the winning comment.
Winners will be notified via Instagram within three (3) days following the winner selection. Winner agrees to accept the Prize “as is” and entrants hereby acknowledge that neither Sponsor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee relative to the Prize, including warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier. Approximate retail value of the Prize are as follows: Tier 1: $6,200 (depending on variability in prescribed contact lens value). Tier 2: $1,500. Tier 3: $1,200. The Prize is non-transferable. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize packages will not be awarded. Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes. Winner must provide Sponsor with a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number before prize will be awarded. No substitution of Prize or transfer/assignment of Prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Drawing
The Sweepstakes consists of four (4) drawings in which thirty-two (32) total winners will be randomly selected. Twelve (12) tier 3 winners will be selected and announced Wednesday, November 19th, 2025, Twelve (12) additional tier 3 winners will be selected and announced Thursday, November 20th, six (6) tier 2 winners will be selected and announced Friday, November 21, 2025, and two (2) tier 1 winners will be selected and announced on Monday, November 24, 2025. All winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period. The Drawing will take place at The Framery at 1-800 Contacts’ principal place of business. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Sweepstakes, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, prize will be awarded to the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by the internet service provider responsible for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with Sweepstakes rules, winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be awarded the prize in a separate random drawing. Winner will be notified by Instagram Direct Message. Inability of Sponsor to contact winner by email within seventy-two (72) hours after selection, may result in disqualification of winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at Sponsor’s discretion. Prize will be sent to winner by U.S. mail within thirty (30) days after winner has been notified and accepted the prize. If prize is returned as undeliverable, then prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be randomly drawn.
Odds
The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the Sweepstakes.
Rights Granted by you
By entering this Sweepstakes you understand that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review, or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
General Terms
By entering this Sweepstakes, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting prize, winner grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world.
Winner’s Name
The name of winners is available only within four (4) days after the close of the Sweepstakes. To receive the name of the winners, where permitted by law, or a printed copy of the Sweepstakes Official Rules, please contact Sponsor by email at influencers@1800contacts.com.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY SPONSOROWNED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
